Built in the 1990s, the builder was inspired by the architectural traditions of Russia, Italy and France. Completed in 2002, it includes an exquisite 7-foot wide staircase with replicas of the Winter Palace ornamental iron work embellished with gold accents. Hermitage light fixtures, custom decorative plaster molding and hand-painted stained glass were imported from St. Petersburg. It features an impressive 2,200 square-foot ballroom with hand-cut inlaid flooring. A commercial grade glass elevator servicing all four floors offers mountainous views. An indoor pool is surrounded by Italian Nembro Rosato marble with 23 foot high ceilings.

Both indoor and outdoor pools are 50 by 20 feet and 9 feet deep. Saddle River Mansion has a range of activity spaces on-site suitable all year round. Racquetball courts, an illuminated outdoor tennis court, a home theater, spa, library and billiards room.

A separate entrance to the staff apartment which is comprised of five bedrooms and two bathrooms which can be used for storage, dressing rooms and green rooms.
