This open-air multi-layered space has 4 levels with a large raw concrete basement. It features a wide interconnecting stair case leading to 3 floors of naturally lit offices separated by large sliding glass doors. Multi-purpose rooms fill the perimeter of each floor.

The main floor highlight is the centrally located built-in open layout bar surrounded by open space.

Modern lighting and various skylights illuminate the space.
